To reserve a spot on our waitlist or to hold a specific bunny, a $100 deposit per bunny is required.

This deposit is non‑refundable under any circumstance. It isn’t a fee; it’s the commitment that keeps your place on the list and supports the serious, careful nature of our Hoppery.



⭐ How to place a deposit

The fastest, easiest way is via Venmo or PayPal. You’ll also need to send a short follow‑up email so we know the payment is yours and can place you on the list.

That’s all we need to secure your spot and keep things organized.



⭐ What your deposit does
    •    Holds your place on the waitlist or reserves a specific available bunny.
    •    Applies toward the total purchase price when you finalize your adoption.
    •    Stays valid even if months or years pass—because we take long‑term commitment seriously.



⭐ If you pause or change plans

We understand life can change. If you temporarily decide not to move forward, your deposit still holds.
    •    Should you return later, we can place you back on the waitlist.
    •    To rejoin the list a second time, an additional $50 is required—this confirms your continued seriousness, and it also adds to your previous deposit balance toward a future adoption.



⭐ If you no longer want a bunny

Please let us know as soon as possible so another family can move up on the list.
Your early notice helps us keep the process smooth and fair for everyone.



⭐ If a deposit is placed on a particular available rabbit
    •    The sale is final.
    •    The deposit cannot be transferred to a different rabbit later.

This protects the interests of all adopters and keeps expectations clear.



⭐ Important non‑refund reasons

Before sending a deposit, please understand none of the following will qualify for a refund:
    1.    Payment sent by accident or in error
    2.    Unaware of our location or unable to arrange transport
    3.    No permission from a significant other, roommate, landlord, or parent
    4.    Changed your mind and no longer want a bunny
    5.    Acts of God or unforeseen events
    6.    Decided to go with another breeder
    7.    You or a family member have allergies
    8.    Decided to get a different type of pet
    9.    Want a bunny sooner and were not aware of our wait time
    10.    Fail to pick up your bunny by the designated weekend or are not responding about pick‑up day

These points aren’t meant to be harsh—they’re about clarity, fairness, and ensuring every spot on the waitlist is taken seriously.



⭐ Your responsibility as an adopter

It is your responsibility to:
    •    Understand how our deposit and waitlist policies work
    •    Know our timeline of availability
    •    Arrange travel ahead of time
    •    Check with all household members before placing a deposit

If anything changes, just say so early. We’ll always try to help, but the deposit rules and list order stay firm.
