"Because we pour our hearts into these babies, we want to ensure they go to the most wonderful forever homes."
Our waiting list allows approved families to reserve their place before our babies are offered to the public. Below is exactly how the process works, step by step.
Our Setareh Holland Lop babies are raised with love, intention, and our Starlit Start Curriculum. To keep things fair and simple, each family chooses in waiting list order with support throughout the process.
Fill out our bunny application so we can learn more about you, your home, your experience, and what you are looking for in a bunny.
This helps us make sure each Setareh baby is placed in a home that is ready for the care, commitment, and joy that comes with bringing home a Holland Lop.
Once approved, you will be invited to place a $100 non-refundable waiting list deposit to reserve your spot.
Your deposit applies toward the total cost of your bunny and is valid for one year from the date received.
This deposit secures your place in line, but there is no pressure to choose a bunny until you are ready. You are welcome to pass on a litter and keep your place as long as your deposit is still valid.
Place DepositWhen babies are born, we share updates, sneak peeks, photos, and videos on social media so families can follow along as they grow.
Around 3–4 weeks, we begin confirming sexes, watching personalities, and taking updated photos. Once babies are ready for selection, approved families are contacted in waiting list order.
When it is your turn, you will receive available bunny details including photos, date of birth, sex, color, and price. If you are interested in a baby, we are happy to send additional photos or videos.
Once you choose your bunny, no additional deposit is required. Your waiting list deposit is applied toward your bunny and secures them until they are ready to go home at 8 weeks old, when the remaining balance is due.
A few helpful answers before you join the Setareh Holland Lops waiting list.
We completely understand this concern. We encourage families to take their time, ask questions, and make sure they feel comfortable before placing a deposit.
One of the best ways to get to know us is through our website and social media, where we regularly share photos, videos, litter updates, and behind-the-scenes moments with our rabbits.
We are always happy to answer questions, provide additional photos or videos, and communicate directly. When it is time to choose your bunny, we can also schedule a FaceTime or video call so you can see the babies in real time.
No. Joining the waiting list is optional.
Waiting list families receive first access to available bunnies before they are offered publicly. This is the best option if you are hoping for a specific sex, color, pattern, or timing.
Any bunnies not selected from the waiting list may be posted publicly on our website and social media.
Absolutely. Many families join several months before they plan to bring a bunny home.
If you are hoping to bring home a bunny within the next year, joining early can give you a better selection position. If you are more than a year away, it may be best to wait since deposits are valid for one year.
No. The $100 waiting list deposit is non-refundable.

If you have a preferred payment method, let us know and we will help arrange the option that works best for you.
Yes. Each bunny requires its own deposit, and each deposit secures a separate selection position.
You may choose two bunnies from the same litter or use your positions across different litters within your one-year deposit period.
Timing varies depending on your preferences and our current litters.
The list often moves faster than it appears because some families are waiting for a specific sex, color, timing, or pairing. Many families are able to choose from the next available litter or shortly after joining.
You are welcome to share your preferences when you apply.
Our current breeding program includes Trixie, a Blue Cream Harlequin VM, Rhys, a Lilac Chinchilla, and Poppy, a Lilac Chinchilla.
Depending on the pairing, we may produce chinchilla varieties, harlequin varieties, VM rabbits, blue-based colors, lilac-based colors, and broken patterns.
We cannot guarantee a specific color, sex, or pattern, but we always keep your preferences in mind when it is your turn to choose.
Personality is very important to us at Setareh Holland Lops.
Through our Starlit Start Curriculum, babies receive intentional socialization and positive experiences from an early age. Our goal is to raise confident, curious, and resilient companion rabbits.
While personality continues to develop after a bunny goes home, we spend a lot of time with our babies and can often tell you who seems especially outgoing, adventurous, cuddly, or laid back.
Once you choose your bunny, your waiting list deposit is applied toward the purchase price and your bunny is officially reserved.
If your bunny is under 8 weeks old, no additional payment is required until pickup day.
During the waiting period, you can prepare your home, follow your bunny’s growth, and arrange pickup or transportation with us.
Setareh Holland Lops is built around connection, intentional socialization, and raising bunnies who are prepared for real family life.
Our babies are raised with our Starlit Start Curriculum, handled with care, exposed to gentle everyday experiences, and loved deeply from the very beginning.
We want every bunny to leave here confident, healthy, and ready to become a cherished companion.
