Bunnies may be reserved once they are posted on our Available page on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a bunny, a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required via Venmo or Cash App after your Pre-Screening Form has been approved.
Once reserved, you have one week to pick up your bunny (babies under 8 weeks go home on their exact Ready-To-Go date). We do not ship or transport; families must pick up in Bountiful, Utah.
Buyer-initiated cancellations are not refundable. Setareh Bunnies reserves the right to cancel an adoption (with a full refund) if a health concern arises or we feel the home is no longer the perfect fit.
Setareh Bunnies is a private, in-home program. For the wellbeing and biosecurity of our animals, we do not offer in-person visits. Instead, you will feel deeply connected through photos from birth, personality profiles, and a 4-5 week "meet your bunny" video.

We do not—and will never—sell our bunnies as Easter presents. Rabbits are 8+ year commitments, not seasonal gifts. We intentionally plan our breeding schedule so that no babies are available as impulsive holiday surprises.
To protect the emotional health of our bunnies and prevent accidental backyard breeding, pedigrees are not provided with pet adoptions. Pedigrees and breeding rights are available only to approved, ethical programs whose values align with ours, subject to a $50 breeder fee.
While we do not offer refunds or exchanges once adopted, we will take a Setareh bunny back at ANY point in their life. No judgment. No fee. If you ever need to rehome your bunny, they will always have a safe haven with us. Once a Setareh bunny, always a Setareh bunny.
We offer a one (1) year genetic health guarantee against proven genetic conditions resulting in death, confirmed in writing by a licensed exotic veterinarian. If criteria are met, we will offer one replacement bunny when available (no cash refunds).
Rabbits are highly sensitive. This guarantee does NOT cover illness or death resulting from GI stasis, coccidiosis, parasites, respiratory illness, trauma, improper diet, environmental stress, or neglect. We require all families to complete a vet wellness exam within 7 days of bringing your bunny home. Setareh Bunnies is not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred.
We do not guarantee final adult size, weight, or fixed temperaments. Every bunny is an individual. Additionally, sexing young rabbits can be tricky. If you discover your bunny’s gender was misidentified, contact us within 10 days. We will gladly exchange your bunny when one becomes available, or offer a 10% refund of the purchase price if you wish to keep your sweet original bunny.
Our bunnies are raised indoors and must stay indoors. To ensure a smooth transition, we require photos of your completed bunny setup at least one week before Go-Home Day. Setareh Bunnies reserves the right to decline an adoption if housing is unsafe or inadequate.
We warmly welcome families with children! However, a rabbit's primary caregiver must always be an adult. Young children should always be supervised and taught gentle handling. We recommend starting with floor-level interactions to build trust without overwhelming the rabbit.
