At Setareh Bunnies, I am deeply committed to ethical, intentional breeding.
I breed based on demand, carefully screen every prospective home, and operate from a structured waiting list to ensure every bunny is placed in a safe, informed, forever home.

Moving forward:
    •    Pet-only placements
    •    No placement with new breeders
    •    Continued support for existing breeder relationships and approved 4-H / FFA youth
    •    No pedigrees or mentoring services offered

We only breed Holland Lops.
    •    Holland Lops: starting at $350
    •    Specialty colors and unique markings are priced higher

Prices are determined by individual traits and are non-negotiable.

    •    Buyers are responsible for all transport and travel arrangements
    •    Pickup logistics must be planned prior to submitting a deposit
    •    Failure to pick up due to logistical reasons does not qualify for a refund

🌙 How the Waiting List Works

1️⃣ Read the Adoption Guidelines

Please read all policies carefully before submitting your deposit.
Incomplete or incorrect submissions may be canceled.

2️⃣ Contact Us First

Please reach out before placing a deposit to confirm expectations and availability.
    •    Average wait time (Beginning March 2026): 6–8 weeks
    •    Often shorter if flexible on color or gender

3️⃣ Submit Your Deposit
    •    $100 non-refundable deposit per bunny
    •    Deposit secures your place on the waiting list
    •    Deposit applies toward the final purchase price
    •    Deposits are not transferable

If we cannot match you from a current litter:
    •    Your deposit may roll over to a future litter, or
    •    Be refunded at breeder discretion if a match cannot be made

4️⃣ Bunny Selection
    •    At approximately 5–6 weeks, families are notified when bunnies become available
    •    Photos or a private selection link will be provided
    •    Selection is offered in deposit order
    •    You have 1 hour to choose or pass

Due to biosecurity protocols, in-person visits are not permitted prior to pickup.

Once a bunny is selected, it cannot be changed.

5️⃣ Final Payment
    •    Full payment is due at selection if the bunny is 8+ weeks or you are non-local
    •    Otherwise, remaining balance is due at pickup (cash preferred)

6️⃣ Pickup Appointments
    •    Arrivals 30+ minutes late without notice may require rescheduling
    •    No-shows without communication forfeit the deposit and the bunny will be relisted

7️⃣ Communication Policy

We communicate via:
    •    Text
    •    Email
    •    Instagram DM
    •    Facebook Messenger

You must respond within 24 hours.
Messages marked “seen” without response may result in forfeiture of your spot.

8️⃣ If You Don’t Find the Right Bunny
    •    Deposits may roll over to future litters
    •    Deposits must be used within 6 months
    •    Unused deposits are forfeited

9️⃣ Refunds & Health Guarantee
    •    Deposits and payments are non-refundable
    •    All sales are final once the bunny leaves our care
    •    Health concerns within 10 days may qualify for a replacement bunny of equal or lesser value

    •    Adult size, temperament, and exact gender cannot be guaranteed
    •    “Micro,” “toy,” or “teacup” rabbits do not exist
    •    Prices are non-negotiable
    •    Misrepresentation of intent voids the sale
