To ensure quality care, clear communication, and respect for everyone’s time, the following booking policies apply to all Setareh Rabbit Care & Consultation Services.

Booking & Payment
    •    All services must be booked in advance.
    •    In-home services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
    •    Virtual consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
    •    Remaining balances for in-home services are due at the start of the appointment.
    •    Appointments are offered on a limited-availability basis and scheduled in the order deposits are received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations arise and will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.

In-Home Services
    •    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the appointment may be rescheduled once without penalty.
    •    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
    •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and may require full payment prior to rebooking.

Virtual Consultations
    •    Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled once.
    •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend are non-refundable.

    •    Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
    •    Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee adjustment.
    •    Appointments delayed more than 15 minutes without notice may be considered a no-show.

    •    Travel outside these areas may be declined or subject to an additional fee, depending on availability.
