In-Home Services • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the appointment may be rescheduled once without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and may require full payment prior to rebooking.
